Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Worn outfits are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

  2. Orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Return, Refund or Chargeback.

  3. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

  4. If you find the product faulty in terms of quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing the product, we may offer you exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
